If apparent massive cheating is confirmed , I feel, by signing the petition below, that the Superintendent and her Senior Staff should resign or be fired by the Atlanta School Board of Education, In addition, the Principals and Assistant of the 58 schools where the massive erasure-cheating took place, should be summarily fired by the Atlanta Board of Education.

The Bain Report Turnaround Plan
 Over the last few months, the FCTF has been siting the Bain Report's Turnaround Plan (requested by Mayor Franklin in 2002). This report gives detailed analysis, suggesting 29 areas that could be improved, thus resulting in a healthier, more prosperous Atlanta. In a recent statement , the Mayor claims that 95% of the Bain Report's suggestions have been initiated. Here are the facts:
